Huvepharma launches Huvezym neXo enzyme for pigs and poultry

Huvepharma received a European Union wide registration for the use of Huvezym neXo in all poultry and pig species, including sows. This new enzymatic complex is a result of several years of research together with Wageningen University into the enzymatic degradation of fibre in the digestive tract of monogastric animals. The product contains 3 labelled enzyme activities: 2 cellulases, namely 1,4-beta-glucanase and xyloglucanase (the only labelled xyloglucanase among available feed enzymes), combined with a highly efficient 1,4-beta-xylanase, to ensure optimal fibre degradation.
