Insects as animal feed

All About Feed’s editor Emmy Koeleman has been interviewed by L’Entomofago, a communication project about the possibilities offered by edible insects in food and feed. The use of insects in animal feed is one potential solution to improve the sustainability of animal diets as insects can be an alternative for the currently (less sustainable) used proteins.
