Organic farming requires positive list of feedstuffs

Many organic farms are dependent on purchased feedstuffs. The nitrofuren scandal in Germany made it clear that the same stringent selection criteria are necessary for feedstuffs as well as for plant protection agents and fertilisers, in order to safeguard organic farmers and consumers from unpleasant surprises in the future.
