In addition, within the agricultural industry, he has a special interest for anything related to business management. Dorsch grew up on a small farm in central-southern Germany. He joined Top Agrar 25 years ago, after having studied agriculture, and having worked in dairy farming consulting in Baden-Württemberg state for 7 years.
