Borderline products difficult to define and deal with

Is it a feed material or a feed additive? Or perhaps a biocide or maybe a veterinary medical product? Some materials that go into animal feeds are difficult to define. They cannot simply be put in a single legislative category. German animal health consultancy bureau Klifovet hosted a conference on marketing authorisation for these so-called borderline products for animals with the purpose of elaborating the criteria for distinguishing the categories and to explain the options for products being
