In a study carried out by the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre some 20 mycotoxin binders were tested on their efficacy. The tested binders had no effect on the level of mycotoxins found, making them quite useless for masking mycotoxins in contaminated feed within the recommended range as they were used in the study.
